Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore Limited is incorporated as a company limited by guarantee on 12 April 2005 and was set up with the view of ensuring a high level of professional competence and ethical conduct of insolvency practitioners for the benefit of the public. Its founding members are the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) formerly known as Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and the Law Society of Singapore. The governing board of IPAS comprises 2 designated representatives respectively from the two founding members. |
