Currently, it is a Corporate Services Provider/Filing Agent registered with with the Accounting & Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) (Filing Agent No: FA20240458) which focuses on the provision of corporate secretarial services to small-medium sized private limited companies. 

Intellioffices is headed by June Tan, a qualified lawyer who was called to the Singapore Bar in 1994 and who is a Registered Qualified Individual with ACRA.  While in practice she practiced corporate and commercial law and then managed the corporate secretarial matters for various companies as Head of Legal.  Her recent experience includes managing governance of non-profit registered societies and companies limited by guarantees in Singapore.

Intellioffices offers comprehensive support to companies in relation to their annual company compliance requirements.

Our basic Annual Company Secretary Service Includes:

1. Acting as named company secretary
2. Acting as CorpPass administrator for your company
3. Preparation of Annual General Meeting documents (standard only):
   o Notices for AGM (assuming no physical AGM is required)
   o Standard Minutes of Meeting for AGM
   o Consent of Shorter Notice (If required)
4. Annual return submission to ACRA for Private Limited Company (Filing Fee of S$60 to be payable separately and to be collected from client upfront)
5. Updating of Change in Personal Particulars of existing Company Officers / Shareholders with ACRA, if any
6. Maintain Statutory Registers in respect of above
7. Maintain Minutes book and secretarial records in respect of above
8. Reminders on due date of company compliance filings
9. Safekeep company common seal, if any

1. Directory listing at our front entrance (add S$200p/a)
2. Opening and scanning of mails received (add S$120 p/a)
3. Mail handling & forwarding to local/overseas address (service deposit of S$100 required, S$5 admin fee per mailing)
4. Dedicated assigned phone number with call answering, taking down of messages and sending of messages by email (add S$120 p/a)
5. Use of meeting room (for up to 8 persons), including access to pantry and secured WIFI during booking
6. Printing & photocopying services (black & white or colour)

NOTE: These services are available at S$200 p/a for clients who have retained us for incorporation or company secretarial services. For clients requiring virtual offices services only, the annual fee starts from S$300 p/a.
